Had my dogs in today, fantastic and polite service, dogs look amazing and never had a dog groomer that my dogs love going to as much as kim. Over the moon, dogs look and smell fantastic. 100% will be using the Groom room coxhoe as my regular dog groomer. If i could give 10 stars i would.

Disappointed that they send you a booking via text and when I arrive with 2 scruffy dogs to be told my appointments are not in the diary!!!!! and they can't be done! Fortunately I have a very understanding boss to allow me to take them in work time .. I'M NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
