Always good customer service and thorough eye examinations. I've never had any problems with the service in the many years I've used Grundy and Naisbitt Ltd., which is why I'm giving them 5 stars. Access at Coxhoe is by stairs through the Chemists, as far as I'm aware this is the only option, which is difficult if you're ill and/or disabled.

Hi, I have been going to this optician now for around 3 years having been recommended by my mother-in-law previously I was a Specsavers customer for many years. Richard and his staff are always friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. But extremely efficient. How about a new pair of glasses the following day and a complex pair of varifocals within 10 days. All at a fraction of the cost of my previous optician. I have recently had cataract surgery and the information that Richard gave me about the process was very informative.
