Couple of weekly sessions with Claudia and the difference is unreal. My shoulders were in bits this week after training and within just one session directed at the shoulder area I felt like a new person. Also reasonably priced, nice location and really lovely friendly staff member. Thanks.

I've been to a few Physio's but Jo is definitely the best. Jo makes you feel very comfortable, she listens to your concerns and then treats/gives advice that will help long term. Would highly recommend The pressure Point! 5 stars from me :)
