Getting fed up with constantly ringing and finally getting to number one in the queue and then the line goes dead. Three times this has happened and Im getting sick of it. One of the worst surgeries Ive ever been with. Hate the online services. Just wish I couldve stayed with me old surgery.

Rude receptionist not helpful at all. It clearly states when you're waiting to speak to someone that we should respect them as they're there to help, yet she was the rude one!

Greensand new surgery was clean and well decorated throughout.when saying this I mean the bright colours of the waiting room we're brilliant.the staff where pleasant and helpful during my visit.but with every place there is always room to improve.

Absolutely terrible I have nothing but hassle from this surgery. The lie to me all the time, can never get appointments have to wait ages and they leave me without my tablets . I wouldnt recommend this surgery at all they don't care about there patients at all

My medication was stopped without even telling me. I work 8 - 5 so Im unable to call in the morning by the time you call all appointments have gone. If you do the doctor link the result is always the same, visit a & e. Since the above I have received the utmost care from the nurses at the surgery, especially Ruth, after leaving St.Thomas hospital having a fractured femur and hip surgery.
