Overall I have had a good experience when purchasing from here, and always find some little treasures for my son to play with. However, making my first donation today was a poor experience. While trying to avoid my donations getting wet, in the awful weather today I rang the store to let them know I was out the back, I then hid the items under the bin lid along with going into the store to let them know. I was met with a blase attitude and "well, if it gets wet, it gets wet" comment, no thank you or any reassurances that the items will be retrieved as quickly as possible, to avoid damage. Not OK! While wanting to help support our local charity shop, I'll be making my donations elsewhere and to those appreciative.
