Chris, the owner, talked me through the options, with no sales pressure, and everything about the process was crystal clear. The quote was precisely broken down and there were no 'hidden extras'. His team were friendly, reliable and considerate and completed the work on time and to a high standard. We had a flat roof replaced as well as a summer house re felted. The initial inspection was very thorough, options were given to us with full explanations and estimates for various scenarios. The work was carried out very professionally, the trades people were polite, tidy and did a good job. They swept our patio after completing the job leaving it cleaner than when they arrived!
