What a wonderful team helping with the sales at Forstal Mead. From the first house we looked at and didn't fit our needs to finding us the one that we fell in love with. Throughout the whole process the team have been terrific, helping with questions, taking pictures to help us decide, and keeping us fully informed. A special thank you to Sian, and also all her team who have been equally friendly and helpful.

I very rarely write reviews but had to on this occasion. As a first time buyer, I wasnt prepared for how stressful the home buying process would be. I honestly dont think I would have seen it through to completion without Sian and Richards reassurance and guidance. I bombarded them with questions every time I had a concern which was quite often. They were always willing to put my mind at ease and nothing was a problem. Walking into a sales office on a housing development can be quite daunting but they made me feel completely at home and I knew instantly that this was the home for our family. I honestly cant recommend them enough as a sales team and must also praise them as individuals for getting us into our family home and dealing with a crazed woman so respectfully and efficiently. In terms of the team at Chartway, I have been blown away at the speed in which they addressed any small snagging items I had. The site management team and the handymen have been nothing but friendly and completely efficient. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality of our home and feel settled already. I was concerned initially with the prospect of living on a building site but it always looks immaculate and I havent even noticed any noise. The residents here all very clearly take care of their properties and it is a very pretty housing estate. Buying a home at Forstal Mead was one of the best decisions Ive made and we look forward to many years in our beautiful home.
