Really friendly & helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Appointments run on time. Parking is good and access for disabled is good.

Getting appointments here is hard work, they have introduced a new triage system which kind of works. Last time I visited, I was first appointment of the day and waited 45mins before leaving unseen due to medical appointments elsewhere. Seems far too busy to cope.

I moved to the surgery a year ago and have been impressed by the level of service and professionalism of staff. There are waits for appointments but in my experience this is a problem for most GP surgeries. It has worsened a little since the amalgamation with Greensands surgery but is still better than my previous GP.

Awful Awful Awful place, thought my GP surgery was bad but this is my father's and its worse. wishy washy concern, cannot get an appointment for 2 weeks average no matter what's wrong with u, even for what would be considered as serious illness 2 weeks wait, u got more chance surviving if u go to A and E and they seek OK with u putting the strain more in that direction, this surgery is too cramped with patients I hear it has approx 11'000 that u end up bluring into the many no prioritising for the health condition, and they fail to use equipment that is needed and held on site, and if u belong here then good luck with the local chemist too if u would like to wait 2 hours or leave with a muddled prescription, the care has gone in health care! Is it any wonder people are forced towards private health care even when they cannot afford to!
