Capital Captions

A "representative " called my mother and asked for personal info from her such as social security number and address. When she expressed concern about giving out that information on the phone they told her they would turn off her captions when she refused to give this information they shut off her captions immediately. For the last 4 years the news has warned the elderly about giving out info and for this to happen is just unforgivable this company should be ashamed of how their employees treat customers.
