Craig came to look at the problem the evening I contacted him. He was able to diagnose the problem and contacted me the next day to give a price and date for the repair. Unfortunately he was unable to keep the date due to the previous job overrunning but contacted me early to rearrange for the following day. Craig was a fantastic tradesman, I called him in a panic needing a power flush for the hot water system before I could get the boiler repaired by the manufacturer and he agreed to squeeze us in at short notice. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did the job perfectly. Great value for money. When we need work on the boiler done in the future, well be calling Craig back. Highly recommended, trusted tradesman!!
