Service was first class from the start. I gave Bad Cats website quoted measurements for some custom flight cases, but NSP emailed me to point out that the manufacturers measurements aren't always exact and i should double check for myself - and they were right. If not for this i'd have had cab that wouldn't fit the case. The cases arrived sooner than i expected, are of a very high quality and importantly, are millimetre perfect in size. Only downside is that my gear is now way more professional looking than my playing ability. :)

Firstly, the case is of outstanding build quality. I feel like the console would survive anything. The tolerances are excellent and the desk sits very snuggly indeed. We had a slight error in case design which was immediately rectified and turned round efficiently. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend.
