Lack of customer service, these guys said they could get finance turns out car to old for finance to offer good rates. Was expected to take 23% Apr over 4 years. My WhatsApp messages and emails were being ignored and had to approach a solicitor to enquire about getting my money back, once they had seen I had solicitor involved I got my money back. If you leave a deposit get in writing that it is refundable.

Emailed about an m4 competition and got a reply a few days later asking me about my part exchange and how much I was hoping to get for it ,since then I have emailed a few times without a reply and now I see the car has been reserved absolute joke very unprofessional and the height of bad manners.

Rang in and spoke to a Lady about PX my Car, 6 hours later I had to ring in and chase the lady to find out what was happening. Was told my Vehicle was still with the under writer's ? Never heard that 1 before and I was in the trade for 12 years (hate being blagged off). Anyway was advised she was with a customer and she would ring me back. 10 minutes later we came to heads about the price off my vehicle, and to be told my vehicle price was due to the damage to the car ? There is 3 scratches on my car, and the rest is carparking dents, and wear and tear. A deal was there to be done. But it seems like someone wasn't interested to have my business. Maybe sold yo many cars that day she didn't need my business.

Time wasters. Dont waste your time. We booked in a test drive for a car, Drove 90 minutes from Brighton only to arrive and find out nobody was there to give us the test drive. Also, discussed trade-in price over the phone for old car - told them what we wanted, no issues flagged over the phone, only to arrive and be given a joke offer without even bothering to look at it - an offer that was less than half of what we had already been offered by two other garages.
