Wainwrights were excellent is selling our house and helped to complete our forward purchase during what ended up being a very stressful chain towards the end. Bought a property through this agent, no wouldn't recommend. Very mixed bag, plenty of chasing etc done, they assisted/contacted prev owners ref the drive full of belongings on moving day. they said the previous owner was 'challenged' so they knew something was wrong. hills of post, 3 bailiffs and now a police raid with 5 police and 3 cars ! Don't know who is responsible for all this stuff....

Carly, Ross and the team are the best agents anywhere, no need to look at any other agents. - USE WITH CONFIDENCE!. Through the challenging times of changes in the market, cost of living and nervousness from buyers they were able to market our property, have several viewing immidiately and have us sold in under a week but they went above an beyond. They not only helped with solicitor and removals recommendations, they continually kept us updated at every stage, provided sound advice with us being new to the process of selling and buying, and liaised constantly with our solicitors and our sellers agent and solicitors to ensure we did not miss our mortgage cut-off deadline.
