        Wonderful shop! Sure you could get anything you want for sewing/knitting. Shame l live in Southampton - or not - otherwise think I would need more storage. Looking forward to my next visit -must knit faster.

        I have never had a bad experience before in the waterlooville branch, usually served by a lady with dark short shoulder length hair I think her name is Claire, not 100% sure though, she is friendly and helpful . Recently was served by a slightly older lady with short white/grey hair, she is rude, impatient and abrupt. Which unfortunately will make me reconsider shopping again if she is there. Have not marked down because of one bad egg, as the selection in the shop of yarn/wool, thread and fabrics is very handy.

        I came here as a newbie to crochet, Claire was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, what this lady doesn't know! The customer service is fantastic, the rage of yarn stocked is brilliant I would rather buy here than online because you can see the colours better. Love this shop
