Spent 90 to have my hair decision criticised, my hair brutalised by hairbrushes until I cried (only to be told that it was my fault for having long and thick hair instead of short hair), and the colour didn't even come out the way I asked despite my hair being bleached, all because they covered the hair dye in a much darker black. My head has also been itching non-stop since, and the hair dye is disappearing fast after only 2 hair washed. Despite knowing that I'm a smaller than average person, there was nothing put in place to help prevent dyed water running down my back when washing the dye out, meaning I now have stains on my back. The image is the outcome vs the requested colour. They did offer a touch up after a complaint (which is nice on their part), but I don't want to go through that pain again.

Great value, they always do a brilliant job and the ladies are all very friendly. Highly recommended!
