        Was contacted to carry out Eicr. By Precision reactive operations. To test a one bed non occupied flat. Missed critical info of report. Sockets and switches not removed to check. But box was ticked on certificate, stated connections checked Some sockets checked after with live cables falling out. Called back to do full ecir. (To which they did) but both reports are diffrent asked for an explanation to why.. to be told. Test was re done. That's it.. I my self, are a fully qualified sparks but as this was for a rented property for my elderly mother. I could not do it. Hence I could see the test was not correctly done.
