Partnership Design | Architectural Designer

We wanted to add a very simple extension to our farm workers cottage. Howard was fabulous. He asked questions to establish how we planned to use the space and listened to our needs. He helped generate ideas by producing initial sketches so that we could picture the possibilities. He then created the final plans and made the application for planning approval to the local council. I would fully recommended Howard for his design ideas and being very easy to work with. Thank you Howard.

We are new to the house renovating world and were looking for ways to update a dated 60's bungalow. Howard at partnership design came up with some excellent, thoughtful and stylish designs in keeping with what we asked for. He considered our family and how we would use the space. He was extremely helpful in discussing what would and would not work, what issues there could be and what we had the budget for. We love the detail and consideration given to the drawings and the help calmly navigating the building regulations/planning application was brilliant. Howard knows what he is doing for sure! We can't wait for the next stage and seeing the plans realised.

Howard was recommened by a neighbour and we've used him twice now... a recommendation in itself. His design experience was very useful in steering the design and helped us maximaise the visual impact and practicality of our home renovations. He came up with lots of helpful suggestions that enhanced the design that we hadn't considered. We appreaciated him taking care of the planning consents & his design drawings greatly helped the builder.

Taking on a 17th century Cotswold cottage in need of significant modernisation was daunting, but thanks to Howard's help it's fast becoming a reality. Really grateful to Howard for helping steer us through the entire process, from onset to construction - I don't think we'd have achieved what we have without him. The service we've received from Howard at Partnership Designs has been excellent throughout, offering an attractive bespoke design on a tricky building / plot. Howard is calm and professional - he takes times to listen and understand your needs, whilst using his expertise to help us negotiate with the local planning team (which wasn't plain sailing- believe me!) By offering several suggestions for many elements of the design, we feel we've achieved something that will really work for our family. Highly recommend - hope to use again in future.
