A real pleasure to deal with Andrew with the purchase of my Honda Jazz. Courteous and helpful the car was delivered on time, freshly serviced and ready to go. On delivery Andrew pointed out an area of the bodywork damage which neither of us noticed and arranged to have it dealt with at my convenience. When the PDR technician arrived it became evident that a little more work was required which Andrew has arranged to be done with no argument. Certainly I would recommend ASA and would definitely use again.

Ill start by saying Andrew is a rare breed in the used car buying Market. What a gent thank you! After viewing and dealing with lots of awful used car salesman who I wouldnt pay a fiver too Andrew was a breath a fresh air. We found the car online and Andrew was very accommodating and patient no pressure to buy at all. My wife initially viewed the car and then I did the day after with the children and buggy to make sure we all fitted. Andrew supplied the car with a 12 month warranty and 3 months down the line we had an issue. A quick phone call to Andrew and all was sorted 2 days later back on the road and even a follow up call to ensure everything was ok, true customer service. I wouldnt hesitate in buying again or recommending Andrew Shipp autos, thank you.
