Roger from Vazon Technology supported us as a charity at Carers Support West Sussex to implement a new Dynamics 365 CRM system bringing a wealth of skill and technical knowledge. Throughout the entire project Roger was professional and responsive and supported us to drive the project through to completion. He took the time to get to know us as an organisation including the staff and various specialist services, quickly becoming one of the team as opposed to an external consultant. He was the main link between us and the chosen vendor and the relationship he built with them was key to the success of the project.

Future Systems
I have worked fairly closely with Roger from Vazon Technology for just over a year on a project that has just been completed for a large regional charity. It was to migrate an unwieldy, overgrown Microsoft Access database into a Microsoft Dynamics cloud CRM system that is now easier to use, more reliable and more productive. We were both contractors - me being the longstanding general IT Manager/consultant and Roger coming in as the CRM project manager/consultant specialist. I found that his broad technical understanding was good enough to communicate requirements to me and the programmers but he was still 'normal' enough to have productive discussions with the end users about what they were trying to achieve. This was refreshing as Roger wasn't the first project manager that this client had tried to work! Where others failed, he succeeded. He shortlisted suitable suppliers, then brought one in to develop and implement the system, while keeping abreast of costs, timescales and making sure they were delivering correctly against the complex brief. Project managers usually irritate me but I hope to have a chance to work with Roger again!
