I have tried to donate but they only collect what they need they said Which kind of charity ask for specific items especially brand new Reply this is my experience and this is a genuine feedback about my experience with your charity. Also my friend Lisa tried to donate a buggy in immaculate condition and you said to her no thank you we need brand new items I am not changing my mind and the lady that reply to us was not very kind Charities take all the donations normally We donated everything to another charity in Horsham they are not that fussy about donations

This non profit organisation. Do amazing things for struggling famines within West Sussex. Providing families with the baby /child essentials. Everything they receive is donations and only good quality stuff is given to families in need free of charge. The family who run it are unpaid and spend alot of time sorting threw donations and getting bundles out to families. They now run by referrals from health visitors, social workers etc. The owner/founder/manager/lifeline is such an amazing loving woman who has struggled In life and now wishes to help and change the life's of those experiences similar challenges to the ones she's has faced. She has changed and helped so many families and without her I dunno how I would of afforded to get all the baby essentials. Iam forever grateful. Requests are dealt with quickly and I received so much more than I expected or anticipated. Amazing much needed charity in this community. True treasures
