Firstly, it is absolutely disgusting that you have to explain your health problems to a receptionist (who have no medical training whatsoever) and it is even more disgusting that they are the ones to determine whether you get to see an actual doctor or not. I'm pretty sure they are not qualified to provisionally diagnose a patient. The same goes for a receptionist called Annie who, on multiple occasions, has decided that I don't need to see a health professional urgently based on my E-consult for me to then become seriously unwell a few days later. Where have the GPs gone? Why is it like an obstacle course trying to get an appointment with a doctor? Not a nurse or nurse practitioner! A DOCTOR! Having said that the nurses and nurse practitioners at the surgery are wonderful and have always been lovely. I just feel they shouldn't really be seeing patients who need to see a doctor. It's a GP surgery after all! Not a nurse surgery!

Superb GP. Ive received a lot of help from the docs & support staff here which Im very grateful for and has really contributed to my health dramatically improving since moving to the Island. I especially like how much they use technology such as online consultations.

The nurse called Ros is excellent. Even though she works under tremendous time pressure, she does her utmost to ensure that the patient gets gets the best care possible.
