        Having used Red Funnel since I can remember, it's always excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, good food options, easy getting on and off the ferry. Signature lounge worth the extra cost if you are on a busy ferry.

        Took 3 journeys with them and liked them but they destroyed their whole impression in the 4th one. Cancelled ferry, mismanagement on the pier, rude staff all the way down the line. Will never ride with them again. They closed the Business lounge in that service and even to get refund for that I had to argue with the customer service over several emails.
