We had a requirement for a model of an aircraft wing as part of an engineering project involving wind tunnel testing. Unsure of the best way to proceed we thought that 3D printing may provide a solution. On spec and following an internet search we approached MEDTEC. Our contact, Chris Hooper, arranged a meeting within hours at which we discussed the project. From the start Chris was positive and helpful. More detailed discussions and the provision by us of a .CAT file resulted in a detailed specification and quote. Because of limitations with the file that we supplied there was a need for significant hand finishing all of which was dealt with by Chris. Following consultation to resolve a few matters of detail the model was handed over, produced to a high quality, on budget and on time. The partnership with MEDTEC has resulted in exactly what we asked for and the project can now continue to the research stage. Excellent and friendly service. MedTec Design Services 3D printed some parts for me when I wasn't able to access my usual 3D printer. Despite a tight deadline, MedTec delivered the parts quicker than I anticipated and to a high standard for a good price. I would definitely use their services again.

We've had many encounters with MedTec Design Services over the past 18 months and these gents have been brilliant every time; from designing amazing 3D renders of our office to supporting our business on a mentoring level. We needed a spare machine part that was no longer available. Medtec were able to reverse engineer it and print a 3D replica that worked perfectly. Swift turnaround too.
