The foreign lady who used to be so sweet with the doggies has now turned into a cruella de vil, I also witnessed a lady with an assistance dog being ordered to leave, I would like to point out this is ILLEGAL!!
This particular customer had hearing problems as well as severe anxiety, this happened on a few occasions to the point that none of that group of friends feel comfortable going there anymore.
When next winter you have no customers that DAILY routinely come in with there doggies, and no tourists due to winter and your branch gets closed you need to look at yourselves to blame!!!!
