DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. We have had a terrible experience. Booked a full day yacht with Andy over 12 months in advance and paid half the money upfront (over 300). Got to the morning of the trip AND NO-ONE TURNED UP despite having confirmed the trip a week before. No phone call, no communication and started dodging our calls. We all travelled from the midlands just for this boat trip. We are all hugely disappointed as wed booked the day 12 months in advance to celebrate our Dads 60th. Andy tried to blame the situation on skipper Tony and Tony tried to blame it on Andy. All in all, terribly unprofessional and certainly would not recommend. Please dont give them your hard earned money!

Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails! spent the last 2 weeks trying to speak to someone (multiple calls, website forms and emails) only to have the dates now gone! I should have booked, reserved, then started asking questions before making a decision!

Very hard to confirm up, had date moved without asking me, I had to confirm information so many times. the "cold buffet lunch" is a tesco meal deal. Most disappointing was they knew I wanted to learn about sailing but there was no wind, or very little wind, so it was basically a day of being on the engine which was not what i paid for. I complained but didn't get a reply so leaving a review to warn others as i'm sure better companies to use.
