Super happy with our Northstar Vellfire conversion. Northstar are absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend them to buy from . Nothing was too much trouble , all crew very friendly and helpful . Thank you Carol and Adam for everything also thank you James for very well informed handover , everything explained perfectly. Northstar have just fitted, at the time of this review, a colour-coded Drivelodge elevating roof, with roof bed system, roof lights, Altro flooring and a front swivel seat conversion, to our 2008 Nissan E51 Elgrand 3.5AWD. We are absolutely delighted with the work and Northstar's accommodating attitude, so rare I find these days. With the help of Carol, all was arranged within a week of making our decision to go ahead. Abbie, sorted our return ferry tickets and hire car for a week, while we arranged 7 nights accommodation in a cottage via an internet broker. We dropped the vehicle off on a Sunday afternoon, with Pete, Northstar's works manager, collected our ride for the week, (Paloma, a Nissan Cube), and off to the holiday cottage near Freshwater Bay. All works were completed by the following Thursday afternoon. We collected our Elgrand, had a very informative and unrushed handover by James and continued our 'spur of the moment' 8 day winter holiday on the IOW, returning home to Rutland, the following Sunday. We couldn't recommend them enough. Now planning the second stage with Northstar.......
