I had a boiler installed in 2014 with a warranty for 7 years subject to me having and paying for an annual service. This year no one has contacted me and no one has been answering the phone for weeks. The Owner's (Ben Lansley) telephone is discontinued and I wonder if they've gone out of business, How will this affect me, I wonder?

We pay a monthly insurance premium for an out of hours service, and more, and nobody appears to be answering the phone this evening, which appears strange and will need to contact Wight Energy to ascertain why? I'm forced to give one star, but as it currently stands it should be no stars!! But maybe there is a reason. Have been phoning for an hour this morning and nobody is answering the phone in the office and we have an emergency

BEWARE SOME OF THE STAR RATINGS AND THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT FROM GENUINE CUSTOMERS At least 3 of the Facebook reviews that give 5 stars are from the company's own staff. I think this is extremely disingenuous and it appears to me to be an attempt to artificially bump up the average star rating. In my view this looks like the company is trying to deceive new customers by making themselves look better rated than they are and trying to cover up the poor ratings given by genuine customers. The review / rating from 'Dan A Bailey' is false as he is a Director and Shareholder of the company - check companies house for free to confirm that. The review from 'Ben Lansley' is also false as he was the manager there but the company told me they fired him because there were so many problems with his work. The review from 'Dave Broome' is also false because he is a gas engineer who works for Wight Energy so he is STAFF. Google his name to see the truth. I think it is VERY SUSPICIOUS when any company feels the need to post disingenuous 5 star review from staff members - it raises a big question in my mind about a company's ethics and style when I see 5 star reviews written by the staff and even then the average rating is still only just over 3. It naturally makes me wonder how many of the other good reviews and ratings were not genuine and were from staff, family and freinds? It makes me wonder what the actual average rating would be if disingenuous ratings from staff, family and freinds we're removed to leave only real ratings and reviews from genuine customers..............
