        I booked online for a full head highlight and I payed a deposit .10 mins after i was called to be told that the system "shouldn't allow me to book" as that slot was already booked and if i'm happy to move it 1 hour late, i agreed with that. 20 mins after i was called again to be told that someone looked in to my notes and that i will need extra time for my hair to be done, and that the hairdresser have only 1 hour available which it won't be enough and that now i have to move it for another day. Not happy at all about this situation, why whoever called me first didn't look in to my notes and let me know from call 1? why is you system allowing people to book and pay if you can't offer the service? Now i have to wait days to get my money back, i know is not a massive amount but is not customers fault that your system doesn't work properly. Service: Hair highlighting

        Have voucher for 3 back massages. Kerry is brilliant. Managing to shift knots in my upper back. Feels great and pampered

        I have had a massage lots of times here and have always had a warm welcome, the staff are friendly and always have a smile, the rooms are warm and the music is very relaxing. The massage is good and very nicely priced, I would recommend Charlotte's Academy to all for a clean, professional service
