Authorised by Neff to repair their products they attended, fitted a part but didnt know what they were doing which although fixed the original issue, caused a new problem. Have now refused to complete the job after admitting they dont have sufficient knowledge to fix my job. During our last phone call the owner said he was ducking out at this point because it would cost them money and they didnt have the knowledge. He put the phone down on me. Avoid this company at all costs. Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair
