Medley Court at Hever Castle

we booked 3 nights because we were told it was twilight at hever castle to be told its only on the day we arrived from 4 oclock ,But when we booked it we would have not booked the other night as its 650 pound per night but the staff on the phone told us it was on , we had no apology for the lie that they told us all so there was mould in the shower and lots of spiders webbs on the garden furniture ,,,,

Place was nice although muld in bathrooms also I was told it was twilight for the 3 nights I booked I paid a total of 2000 and twilight was only on the one night also had a member of staff state to my younger brother he can not use the snooker table as its a private avent all in all I find the staff to be rude and the place is lovely although deffo not 5 star if the staff wasn't rude and I was not lied to about the twilight and the muld was cleaned it would be alot better I did email to make a complaint about the twilight Weekend and all I got was twilight is complementary well if this was the case I would never have booked known it was on only one night and that's the night I got their check in was at 4pm in afternoon and check out is 10am in morning the twilight that night closed at 8 found to be ripped off and even once emailed they just don't care would have been nice to be offered some sort of compensation don't care anyways just won't return I have stayed here in the past with no issues but this time it was a issue
