        For the past six months at least, this School has regularly sent me information meant for parents/guardians of children in their care. Despite my advising them that I do not live in Kent, have never had, or had responsibility for, children of school age they continue to approach me by using my email address when they should not. They insist that I am the second-named person responsible for a child or children at their school. Having carried out yet another extensive investigation with BT in the past few days. I am satisfied that my e-mail address can never be accessed for use by anyone else - EVER. Clearly this is a persistent clerical error by the School. If this is the level of care taken in a world so engrossed in data protection, I dread to think what may happen in other areas. I imagine this matter may be highly embarrassing for someone connected with this school. Four Elms staff and governors please act immediately!!
