House and gardens fabulous, full of history and plenty of space even on a busy day. Location of toilets questionable being one set at each entrance/exit with nothing in-between, including at the moat cafe. Surprised that cafe wasn't open at lake view.

The Castle is not suitable for people in wheel chairs or on motor scooters. The gardens are magnificent and suitable for all with good even walkways. There is good disabled parking very close to the castle and gardens. The restaurant is accesseable to all and has a varied menu. A very good and interesting day out if the weather is good.
