Mann Brown

I have dealt with the team at Mann Brown for over 4 years. Both Josie and Karen are very professional and accommodating. Any problems i had or issues with property maintenance were always dealt with so promptly and efficiently by their team. Standing outside the property with a faulty door lock at 9:30pm seemed bleak, however one call to the office later and a locksmith was on his way and within an hour or so i had a new lock, the invoice to be settled directly with his company. In the four years i was looked after by them it seemed that all the usual challenges that present themselves while renting a property were smoothed over by the wealth of knowledge and experience Mann Brown have attained. I would recommend using Mann Brown for a professional, positive and thoroughly pleasant experience in property management.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE: Mann Brown were the agents for Home Farm, North Mymms Park. I found them to be highly incompetent and employer of master bodgers. Jose Brown has little knowledge and never checked work. When our house was flooded March 2014 Michael Brown visited and then left without saying goodbye leaving us with 2 young daughters in a flooded house with no car access (as the road was flooded),no electricity or water, heating and no plan. Their response to my outrage was to email compliant forms. In desperation we spoke to the landlord and removed all the carpets ourselves. We lived happily at Home Farm for over 5 years before Mann Brown were appointed. We have since moved out and now rent with Hatfield estates who are both professional and integral.
