        The management is unprofessional , unfair and their way of treatment is bad , studio doesnt have a receptionist nor a number where you can call during emergencies

        A great studio! There's a great selection of classes. The instructors are friendly and welcoming (other class members are too) - it's a great community. Instructors take the time before class to gauge mood and energy levels to cater for everyone. Instructors are helpful at offering alternative solutions to a pose if you have an injury. The city centre location is great.

        I found The Nook after a search of beginner's classes and started the 6 week course - and so glad I did! A beautiful yoga studio with such a light and calming atmosphere as soon as you enter. Amazing teachers who guide you throughout the class - especially Lauren and Amanda! Even if you have never done a class before, you wont feel out of place. Couldn't recommend it enough
