John and Gavin were great. We were unsure about the log burner we needed. John made a suggestion and the burner has been fantastic. Much more efficient and greater heat output than our old burner. They also swept and fitted a chimney cap so we are ready for the worst winter has to offer. Gavin even suggested a better brand of house coal which we will get very soon. Nice guys, very helpful.

John and Gavin did a fantastic job installing our latest stove. John found us an alternative to the Chilli Penguin which we originally wanted, a superb brand built in Denmark which wed never have even known about. We love it! They left the place cleaner than when they arrived, and took great attention to detail. John originally installed our first stove which lasted us years but we fancied an upgrade. They are both a pleasure to have in the house, unlike many workmen these days! Highly recommend

I had work done to a second hand log burner, reconditioned successfully by John Gaston also installed it putting the flue through my conservatory roof and out above my main roof. I had slight problems, after installation, but fair play to John and even with some of his own problems he made good all work. I cannot thank John enough, I will and have reccommended John for his expertese and loyalty to his customers. A job well done.
