If I could give them minus 100 stars I would. The worst company to ever use, This company is a fraud and a fake. We have come to the conclusion they use their cousins and close friends to work at events. My wedding was ruined because of this Fraud of a company. Insisted on money up front. They arrived 2 hours late. Waiters refused to serve my guests or cater to them. Left 2 hours early without cleaning up. Their boss Amit ignored my messages and calls making up excuses time and time again. They refused to give me compensation for refusal to work by their waiters, lateness, leaving early. So I basically paid them to do nothing as my sisters and friends did most of the waiting and cleaning on the day. Absolutely shambles ridiculous, fraud , STAY AWAY. Instead of our day being stress free this company brings STRESS without a doubt they will ruin your big day. STAY AWAY!!!! We have taken them to court and the court are awaiting their response.

The best day of my life was compromised due to the incompetence of OccAsians Who were not only providing me with decor for my wedding but also a so called event management. To begin with, none of my ideas were finalised until the a week before my wedding. Amit expected me to come in during the week of my wedding to see arches that I asked him to see months ago - his excuse was we cant make arches earlier as they are made with fresh flowers when in reality, they were made of artificial flowers. To add to that, on the wedding day itself, amit changed his mind on what was discussed and decided to go for a cheaper and easier alternative. Instead of having a mirrored guest book table I had a plain one with table covers that were not even ironed. I had enough to worry about on the day and so didnt make a big deal about this. But the reason for which I would never recommend them to anyone is due to the fact my stage backdrop was on the floor during my entrance. Amit and his team began setting up late and so the entire decor was rushed and for that reason the backdrop fell multiple times - my wedding photos are all ruined because of this. Not only that, what was agreed in regards to cutlery was not provided either, along with my walkway in which I wanted rose petals which once again were not there, and instead a bag of petals was thrown on the stage. I contacted Amit several times to discuss these issues but got no response at all. The same was during the time up to the wedding - I would call Amit to see what the update was on my decor but he would always be busy but would reassure me that my pieces were due to arrive next month definitely dont worry about t leave it to me - the same response I got 6 months in a row. We also agreed on matrix panel lighting on the wedding day, which once again, was not there. The waiters provided also made an error in which along with the starters plates, they also collected the mains plates before mains were served, which led to a shortage in plates for my guests. This just shows how inexperienced and unprofessional the team is. I am extremely disappointed, I went with this company as they were recommended to me by my venue Coombe Abbey. However, Coombe Abbey had the best words to say about Amits brother, Attul, who May Be more professional, but I would not recommend the service provided by Amit to any bride. Event managers are supposed to make your day less stressful, but in my case, my day was more stressful.
