        First thing to say is that my dog, Oliver, really liked Rachel and even when he was tired & poorly he wagged and smiled all the times that she came to see him. Im very grateful that I found this service (ultimately euthanasia) and that we got to spend those very precious last moments with our dog in the comfort of our home. Olivers ending was peaceful and gentle and Rachel guided us in a professional and thoughtful way, talking us through what was going to happen throughout the process. Im so glad Rachel said that we might like to take a lock of Olivers hair because I wouldnt have thought to at the time, but now it is something I have to cherish as I grieve for a my good boy. Thank you
