        We had come in for a routine check and the vet noticed that lizzie had a problem with her heart, so she was booked in to do heart scans etc to determine the problem as she was very scared they had to sedate her, everyone we dealt with were so helpful and informative, the reception team with helping sorting out the insurance side and the vet was amazing with her and explained everything so clearly I could not recommend them enough
