I recently had an unfortunate experience with this veterinary surgery. Their policy of not allowing teenagers to bring their pets in. As a busy parent, it would have been much more convenient for my 17-year-old son to bring our pet in for a quick 20-minute appointment. However, the vet insisted that only an adult could accompany the pet. I found this policy to be both frustrating and unnecessary. The surgery should recognize the capabilities of responsible teenagers and adjust their policies accordingly. It is disappointing to see such a lack of flexibility and accommodation for customers.
