For over a year, we have been getting takeaways from here on almost a weekly basis and haven't had issues. But this time one of our orders, (a mixed kebab - double southern fried chicken), had way less pieces than what it usually does (no more than 4 pieces) whereas the other two mixed kebabs, (which were paneer and southern fried chicken), had much more southern fried pieces. We called to ask as there are always more pieces and kept being told by the lady on the phone that it's a single kebab so has less....our receipt literally says "mixed kebab" and we paid more for the mixed kebab, yet received less product and we order this every week, so we are aware of how much will be in there. Tried explaining this to her but instead of offering us an alternative, she kept repeating the same thing. Very disappointed as this was a go to place for us almost every week but the lack of understanding and service this instance was not great at all.
