Robins & Day Citroen Coventry

Waited a couple of bad experiences before writing this review. One car not fixed, it keeps having the same issues after diagnosis and parts changed and paid. The other... Well ... It took one month have a n appointment for a diagnosis despite insisting on the emergency. I got my car back for one day while waiting for the part to arrive and then ... 3 more weeks to get the work done. First contact was end of March. My car won't be ready before end of May. And 300 miles left before it shut down. Glorious ! I've never had such a poor service, in terms of delay and customer service. More than a thousand pounds paid in 4 months , I won't be a fool anymore.

Great service and cars to buy. Car parking is appalling, tho. Otherwise it's a place I'd recommend
