On two separate occasions when I have visited Audi for my MOT and car service, my dashcam camera has been disconnected during these visits. I noticed once I have sat in my car that they had been disconnected as the wires were dangling by my mirror. I had to reconnect the camera back by myself and there was no mention by the sales team when I collected my car. I had my dashcam professionally installed to ensure that the wires were not visible and now they are dangling above the dashcam. Really disappointing!!

Excellent service from Ben Butcher, polite, professional and took the time to explain everything in detail with no rush. The first time I have bought my own car in 35 years after giving up my company car and wouldn't hesitate to use Listers Audi Coventry again

If you want to buy and Audi, I would highly suggest you go to a different center or get a different car completely! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It was almost as I was buying a second hand car from unlicensed garage in the 90s! I was pressured on making a decision and paying a deposit! My car was supposed to arrive by mid April, which did not happen! When I asked for an ETA (because I was going to be left without a car and I rely on my vehicle to commute to work) I was told the car is stuck and there is no ETA! When I said that I want to cancel a miracle happened in a day! When I said I still want to cancel, I was lied to saying that I will loose my deposit, which legally they cannot do! I was dealing with Mark Vials, just be weary if you are to go with the Coventry center.
