This is probably the WORST place in Coventry for a car. Mine lasted 5months and the guy who sold it me was so unhelpfull. I would NOT recommend this showroom to anybody. Complete CON ARTISTS. Stay Away...youve been warned. 0/10

Avoid this garage. We had a very good experience in regards to the sale of the vehicle very polite family run business. However, the quality of the car we purchased was horrific and we are now unable to get a reply from the business. We purchased a 2015 Range Rover Sport 6 months ago and have since had an engine rebuild and the paint work (that was done by Kwiki) is now peeling because the primer wasn't properly prepared for paint. This is happened on three places on the car, the side skirts, the front bumper (plastic shouldn't have been resprayed) and the quarter. The warranty offered isn't worth the paper it's written on and only covers up to 1,000 in repairs, the engine rebuild has obviously cost us an awful lot more than this. These issues are caused by the garage offering bad warranty and also poor repair/paint work.

The whole experience of purchasing a car from this place has been nothing but hassle and stress. Very bad communication after issues developed with car whilst under warranty. Had to go back a number of times to rectify issues that were meant to have been fixed. Still waiting to hear back from them regarding the paint scuff and small dent that appeared on the door aftet going in for exhaust issues that we paid to have fixed but something "came loose". I would seriously think twice before using this garage, it's not worth the stress!! Hi Mike What you have failed to mention below is upon viewing the car initially it didn't have any issues/stains on the seats it was upon delivery these were discovered and nothing was mentioned about it until we asked what is was. The car was also missing a key and locking wheel nut that had to be driven up separately by yourself. You've also not mentioned the numerous times we have also driven down to you to get cars swapped to fix, the last time in which jad a massive breakdown in communication and left us waiting around over an hour for someone to answer a phone and meet us. With regards to the dent/scratches i suggest you have a strong word with your female colleague who was there when we collect pur car an pointed out the marks. She took photos on her phone and told us it will be reported and we would hear from someone. Yet again poor communication and just pure salesman speakes. We get told what we want to hear but noone ever follows through. Thoroughly disappointed. Not the way to get repeat business!
