Empire Van Hire

I was trying to gather information about their Luton van hires so i can compare to other websites so i choose the best one and the guy that i spoke to didnt want to give me information like payloads and deposit requirements or didn't even manage to get to the questions of what kind of insurances do their offer and what are the requirements for milage and such with their Luton vans in their fleet, and the guy kept repeating that we don't have any "Luton vans available at the moment", he didn't seem to get that i still needed the information regardless if they had van available or not.

Trying to hire a van from this place is like trying to hire a van from this place. I was told by customer booking agent they don't do vans... sorry but the company is called Empire VAN Hire.. what a joke

Really unprofessional, no matter how many times or which number you try to call no-one answers and you just get 'the mobile number you have called is currently unavailable' definitely one to avoid if you want to speak to someone.

no problems dealing with them at all. Everyone else let me down and these guys bent over backwards to get me my van and fit me in. Cant knock them one bit. Thank you
