Worst worst worst rude rude rude Customer service.The women on reception was very rude I came 3 time 2 time she avoid and told I did not took break I am closing soon 3rd time I came within 1 hour slot and she was joining as hell. Come on quite day I did not took any break clothes should be washed cleaned press plus dry cleaned for her.To be honest she just done bag after that say next time.To be honest Cash for clothes company she will try her best to avoid people so she can eat drink and watch her Ipad. I went today with a few small bags of old clothes that no longer fit and I usually would have binned, I ended up with over 10 and the woman working there was extremely polite and helpful. Great customer service.

Very arogant rude lady not saying hello, any word about rejection of clothes or bye . Worst customer service, I have asked her if the clothes were rejected that she put on a side and gave me a slip to sign she said something under her nose which I did not hear properly or understand so told her she could speak up as I cannot read her mind and left. Not going again, rather give the clothes to charity like others I went few times before and seen two womens having a laugh and looking through the window while you park like youre from another planet, once you come in its a dead silence its like they are there for punishment.
