This company is just awful they said when we took out the contract that is will be a fixed payment like hell it was they cut my Internet of as we owe then 900 for the month I phoned then and asked why and they said it was pay as you go I said right I will take it further they can whisle for there money who in there right mind can afford that amount of money in a month I don't think so

Trying to help out an elderly person get a pac code from these people.customer service is terrible.its a telecommunication rule to allow people to leave without hassle. Shouldn't have to wait days for a so called account manager to call back as customer relations don't have access to the system. If you allow people to leave without hassle they will remember that and possibly come back in the future. Bad service like this means it will never happen.

Do not get internet with them they have poor customer service takes multiple attempts to get through to speak to someone having nothing but difficulty canceling my account with them as was within my time limit before my account when live to cancel and they still want to charge me!! Avoid at all cost!! Useless and terrible!!

Absolutely horrific experience. Ive been helping my elderly neighbour who has a contract with them for broadband at 18.99 a month (+vat) They have been taking 29.97 out of the account every month and my neighbour has been struggling to talk to anyone about it. He is now owed over 50 and now suddenly they cant access his account as they say they have not received his last payment?! Ive emailed the proof of payment to them but we are getting no where. So frustrating and distressing for someone who is elderly and counts every penny. Do not touch this company, not trustworthy at all!

Dont ever ever choose them , bad service, extremely problematic to set up the wi-fi, dont trust them as they offer cheap deals but them after they just keep adding fees for anything, in this case Better go for something we know better
