Have nothing but good things to say about the service from Isaac Rabone at Christal, he went the extra mile to try and sort out the best package available for me, even when I proved hard to reach sometimes. Most professional.

Mis-sold BT Cloud Voice, beware it doesn't it do what the sales guys tell you. The support is awful and then BT send it goes over to india. Probably the worst IP telephone system ever!!

Disgraceful. I was persuaded to sign up to a fibre broadband service by Paul Orford on the understanding that my old charges would be ceased in July 2021. The service took over 6 months to install after me being told it would be up and running in days. Then I was charged for the old service and the new service together. I tried to contact Paul Orford but he had left the company soon after selling me this. Other staff completely disinterested and unhelpful and the problem remains unresolved. We moved our business away from BT Local Business Coventry back in 2014 after we were mis-sold a telephone system and vowed never to go back but stupidly I did and am back in the same mess again. Last time it took Tony Chanmugan, BTs then CFO to get me out of the mess that BT Local Business Coventry had got me into and I do not have the time or energy to go through it all again. Christal Communication bosses have never contacted me. On their website they say:- Hi, were Lisa Evans and Neil Hoyle, Managing Directors of BT Local Coventry. We combine expertise in BTs products and services together with invaluable local knowledge to provide a solution thatll help you achieve your business goals. In my extensive experience this could not be further from the truth. Horrific customer service, I have given up because it will make me ill trying to get them to understand and that appears to be their business model - ignore the customer and he will go away. I am not one to post bad reviews, In fact I think this is my first but to save other customers being put through what I have, I feel it is my duty.
