very bad place as corrupt owners use people on disability and pay them rubbish rates .put them on books for less hours and then make them work all week on lousey wages .no night manager on site and at night there is only one exit which is the front door.pip claimant left alone from 3 in the morning til 7,30 in the morning.should have their licence revoked if only Hackney did their jobs properly.dont use them.they are immoral and make money by stealing off their own staff.

Terrible company. I used them a few times because I had no choice. I tried to book a taxi using their online form. I've never received a reply so I had to chase them via email. They were not friendly and barely bothered to reply. Also, they are crazy expensive. I found a much cheaper and friendier company for my airport transfer. Allens Taxis offers a terrible customer service but they don't care
