Can never seem to get an appointment . Today I dialled 98 times and not one of them got through. I am still dialling as I need to be seen but this is surely unacceptable .

This is not a surgery for working people or school age children, so my entire family demographic. You can, if you push, book an appointment in advance but it will be 3-4weeks away and only between school hours. Any other appointments you have to try and book on the day by calling between 8-8.30, great, if I wasn't either on the school run or driving to work. It's beyond a joke trying to get in here! although on a couple of occasions where I have DEMANDED a phone appointment the Dr's have been excellent and both times managed to prevent hospital admission through their speed of care and action, albeit having actually come from the Holbrook's surgery.

Seriously what is wrong with these receptionists! Fancy being in the queue number over 30 and she pick it up, I tried my best to explain the issue, she interfere in the middle of my talk ! Saying okay then cut me off!! Hanged the phone. Worse thing is I am calling back nearly a week later after the receptionist I spoke to who promised me to deal with the matter by sending the message to the right doctor, she either didn't or ....the message simply never arrived to the mentioned doctor. Leaving me with overdosed medication over a week now since the right authorised document has yet to arrive to the community nurses.. Is so annoying to work up so early with our poor health be in the queue be over number 40 plus! Only to be cut off. Never minded even to call me back! It's apoorling.
