Ive been buying from Voltacon Solar for the last year now and have found their service, support and knowledge to be second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, they really go the extra mile in putting all their efforts into providing the very best service around. They sorted yesterdays issues so rapidly after Id upgraded again, my system was all up and running within 24 hours! And thats also waiting for the item to arrive in the post! Amazing! Quick and efficient delivery, but the all inclusive ess kit dosent actually include all the parts needed, so you have to go back and order a 30 cable to connect major components together (inverter to energy meter) not ideal to find out when your on site. Helpful and quick support in finding this out.

Top team have been nothing but helpful, even designed my inverter and 20kw storage system around my existing panels. Everything arrived as and when they said it would, will by ordering another 5kw battery very soon.

Contacted about a house battery for my SolaX Inverter. They recommended one that I then waited months to come into stock only to find out it wasn't compatible. After email back and forth they wouldn't accept they were at fault and wanted me to pay the 60 return postage fee. Sadly I lost all trust at this moment. I hand delivered the item back instead. They have now refunded me, so not all bad. Just do your research instead of relying on them. Would be much better if you could actually call them too... obviously!!
